Lucky number 7?

??

These pictures were from Ty’s 4rth birthday party two weeks ago.?? If you think you see Christmas decorations in the background…it’s an optical illusion.??????;)?? I had to get creative with the Incredibles theme considering they are way past their prime now.?? Notice there are no “people” pictures.?? I took all video this time.

Potty Training

I have been trying today but so far NO luck.?? Ty is NOT into this.?? He can tell me after he went but not before.????We visited the??bathroom soooooo many times today??and he can never go??on our scheduled trips but sure as shooting, he goes in between then gives me a sheepish look.?? He is getting frustrated at this point and just said “I don’t want to wear swimming pools!”?? LOL – yes buddy that is exactly what you are turning them into!!!!?? I think he said that because??pull ups look like swim diapers and he is getting confused.?? I told him he needed to try to go potty in the toilet again and he said “Okay.?? I’ll go number 7”.?? Is that like the pretend number or what??? Lucky number 7? ??Sheeeshhh.?? His neurologist warned me that potty training micro preemies can be??tough.?? They??often have trouble??connecting the “sensation” before hand to give them time to get to the bathroom.????He really is trying??because he really wants M&Ms.?? Frustrating for both of us.

Tanner’s Handwriting

This was Tanner’s first spelling test a few weeks ago.?? I took a picture of it.?? His handwriting is??pretty good I think for 6.?? The sentences he wrote using his spelling words.??????

  2. I am so upset that I miss coming out to the party, but it looks like it was D-Lish-US!!!
Looks like Tanner is doing great!! How exciting to see your little guy growing up and being there for every moment of his learning. Way to go Mrs. Brinkman!!! You need a teacher award for all you have done for him to make his first year a great experience.
