My research of spectrum issues though, has shown that the following traits are very common for kids with spectrum issues:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clumsy<\/li>\n<li>Awkward      gait<\/li>\n<li>Awkward      run<\/li>\n<li>Flailing      or flopping of arms<\/li>\n<li>Difficulty      riding a bike<\/li>\n<li>Difficulty      swimming<\/li>\n<li>Difficulty      writing<\/li>\n<li>Difficulty      tying shoes<\/li>\n<li>Disinterest      in any outdoor sports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every single one of the above is a true statement for Ty.? Is it a motor skill issue or a spectrum issue or a motor skill issue as a result of a spectrum issue?? Who knows.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How Can You Help?<\/strong> Ty may need assistance with some motor tasks sometimes.? These particular issues draw the attention of other young children and are the most likely causes of ridicule at this age.?? If your kiddos mention the above to you, take the time to lovingly explain that because Ty?s brain works a little differently than other peoples, these particular things are more difficult for him.? Encourage their compassion.? Talks with your kids about patience, understanding, and compassion with other children who are differently-abled.?
