The last two days have been pretty bad.?? I am insanely tired and my body hurts.?? I can&#8217;t indulge it though &#8211; not in anyone&#8217;s best interest &#8211; so I am packing up the kids and going to mom&#8217;s for the day.?? I think we all need a change of scenery.<\/p>\n<p>I am pretty sure that something I eat kicks my symptoms into high gear.?? I was doing so good for over a year but I have been WAY off the wagon with what I have been eating and it&#8217;s catching up with me.?? Somehow I have to work up the motivation to make the changes I need to in order to get this back under control.??
