Okay…it’s been five days.?? I think I am ready to talk about Westfork now.?? LOL.?? The picture above had the highest percentage of decent expressions so I chose to post process it first.?? Let’s talk about these kiddos one at a time.?? Starting at the far left we have my nephew Graham (age 4).?? No surprise that he is looking at the babies.?? He LOVES babies.?? You should see him grit his teeth when he hugs Tori – just like his Aunt Sissy.?? It’s a weird little family thing – we nearly break our teeth when we are loving on babies we just want to eat them up so much.?? :)?? Graham and Ty were not my BFFs on this trip.?? When I post some of the out takes you will see why.?? I couldn’t keep my eye on 10 children at once so when I looked at these later I wanted to round those two boys up and stick them in a corner for their antics.?? Ahhhhh!!!!!?? Such is FOUR though.?? Next to Graham is Zandi (age 5).?? She looks rather angelic here.?? She was a sweetie pie for me BUT most of her smiles were not “Zandi”.?? This particular shot though captures her sweetness I think.?? She is the little mother of the group.?? And who is the striking 7 year old red head next to Zandi you say??? Tanner and Noah WERE my BFF’s.?? I guess 6 and 7 are pretty good ages for this.?? Noah is to the right of Tanner.?? ??Those two made me proud most of the time.?? And truth be told, this was one of the better pictures of Ty.?? Grrrrrr….?? Little monkey.?? Next to Ty is Karsyn (age 3).?? That little frown gets repeated in an amazing number of pictures.?? She was not happy with someone.?? From the look on Zane’s face – I would guess he was up to something.?? Zane – also age 3 is to Karsyn’s right.?? He had better things to do than stare at his Aunt Sissy all stinking day.?? :)?? Braxytn (age 2) is in the white skirt.?? I was teasing Brooke wondering what kind of mother would be so arrogant (said with love hee hee) as to put her 2 year old in??a WHITE skirt (LOL) but Braxtyn kept it quite clean AND I think the color contrast turned out perfect.?? Like Karsyn, Braxtyn was less than pleased with this shoot and her little pouts are bountiful throughout the shoot.?? I have a particular favorite that I am anxious to show you.?? It may be my one claim to fame in the whole shoot hee hee.?? And then there is our little Tori (age 9 months) mothering her younger cousin Ryker (age??7 months).?? Like that little pat she is giving him??? It turns in to a brawl shortly.?? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
And I am kicking myself for the lightening conditions on the bridge.?? Won’t bother with that explanation.?? I have one but it doesn’t change anything.?? Some lessons you just have to learn the hard way I guess.<\/p>\n
This is the same bridge that Dusty and Michelle had some pictures taken on.?? The fall color difference is striking.?? Most of the leaves were gone and the yellow dissappeared.?? Sad sad sad.?? All in about 2 weeks too.?? I was disappointed in that as well.<\/p>\n
But – are the girls Christmas dresses fabulous or what??????<\/p>\n
I haven’t pp’d any more of the Westfork pictures yet.?? Been too busy.?? I will pp the handful that I liked and I will pp some of the funnier ones as well to show you.?? It will at the least be entertaining.??Liza reminded me that in ten years, I won’t care about all the technical issues and uncooperative kid expressions.?? I will just look at these pictures and remember it just as it was.?? When I look at ten little ones barely able to contain themselves for 5 seconds, I will remember.?? The gorgeous curls, the frowns, the pouts, the way their little faces crumpled when they cried.?? I will make guesses at who they were mad at and who was pestering who.?? I will remember how they loved each other and just wanted to play and enjoy the day.?? How Aunt Aimee carried Tori in a big red petti for what seemed miles and Braxtyn fell asleep with a pink princess hat pulled over her eyes (she was mad at Aunt Jodi LOL).?? I will remember Ty’s smile.?? He opens his mouth so wide like a big huge belly laugh will errupt at any moment.?? And Tanner and Noah – their sweet spirits, easy commaderie, loving natures and gentleness.?? No two greater BFFs.?? Zandi’s mothering instincts and shy little grins and Zane looking like he is ready to pull a prank at any moment.?? Ryker’s huge smiles and big crocodile tears.?? The way he and Tori love each other – a little too much.?? They kind of overdo it and then end up crying when someone gets their eye poked.?? I will remember that Aimee and I drove the car with the boys home and they were good as gold.?? They talked about their dreams.?? Ty said he dreamed of scary girls (LOL).?? Just little chitter chatter and then off to sleep.?? Brooke and Jodi drove with the girls.?? They didn’t have as much fun.?? Braxytn said Karsyn couldn’t say “Oh me gosh”.?? So Karsyn did.?? Braxtyn got mad.?? This went on for two hours until Zandi and Graham were about to lose their minds.?? :)?? I laughed when I heard this and made a mental note to always drive the boys.?? And Grammy Rene…she got to go on this trip with us.?? The walk was not easy on her but I think she enjoyed every minute of it.?? She looked beautiful and I have pictures to prove it.?? The photographer in me wanted more in terms of perfect capture but at the end of the day – I will be thankful that I have these moments in time preserved.??
