No paintings tomorrow &#8211; I&#8217;ll post funny ones instead.<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t give Tori benadryl last night and she kept me up again so back to benadryl.?? Grrrrr.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone else low carbing this January??? Back to my usual.?? :(?? My brother gave me a recipe that is mostly lower carb and I guess it has circled the family.?? We tried it tonight and it was really good.?? Everyone but Ty liked it.?? Ty won&#8217;t eat chicken.<\/p>\n<p>Chicken Salsa<\/p>\n<p>I put chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, about a cup of picante, a can of green chilies, taco seasoning package, and a can of petitie cut tomatoes in the crock pot.?? Cooked on high then low.?? Shredded chicken when it was tender enough.?? It serves as a soup and you put a dollup of sour cream on top with shredded cheese and crumbled Dorito chips.?? I think it would be good over rice or served in tortillas (low carb) too.?? You can make it less soupy and just serve the chicken breasts if you want with the sauce over them.?????? Feel free to post your favorite low carb recipe.?? I would be quite grateful.??
