I received a phone call from Susie tonight and Ryan is in desperate need of our prayer support. I am posting Susie’s written recap of the situation:<\/p>\n
Not 20 minuts after emailing my last update on Ryan we have another fall. I went to take a walk just to get away for a second and came back to meet three nurses telling me they had taken Ryan to the Ped. Intensive Care unit. Of course I went crazy. Ryans heart rate went from the 160’s to the 230’s and stayed there, his breath rate per minute went from 60’s and 70’s to the 90’s and 100’s. No matter what they did they could not him to settle down so the doctor had no choice but to intabate him. He is in a medicine induced coma and the machine is breathing 100 per cent for him. He was in serious condition and without the intabation he could have had a cardiac arrest or worse, so now that there is a machine doing all of the work for him is will be much more comfortable and his body can focus on getting better. When I left tonight his heart rate had dropped back into the 180’s and 190’s but he had a much better color.
