It might be a small step but it means that<br \/>\nRyan is fighting hard and does not need huge<br \/>\nassistance.  Ryan had a great day no fall backs and no<br \/>\nmore new growth on his cultures.  I believe our prayers<br \/>\nare being answered.  The doctors are taking things very<br \/>\nslow with him because of how sick he is but so far so<br \/>\ngood.  He will remain vented with 50 percent oxygen<br \/>\nhelp but things are looking up!!!!!!!!!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I think I might be able to sleep good tonight.
