Just a tough week that required some quiet family time.?? We spent Fourth of July in our (new to us) spa and then Sunday up in Flagstaff.?? We walked up Veit Springs Trail and that turned out to be a more difficult hike than I thought with three small children.?? Ty still has a LOT of trouble with hiking type exerices so he was not a happy camper about it.?? It was in the 70&#8217;s though which sure beats the 110 degree weather we missed out on down in our valley.??
