This little guy had his mama and I sweatin’!?? It took us F O R E V E R to get him into a deep sleep…but he made it worth our wait for sure.???? He also gave Debbie and I some good talk time – something that us mom’s don’t get near enough of.?? Since I am working on my newborn portfolio, I am going to show you several sneak peeks. 🙂

I need to post some of Debbie’s pregnancy shots.?? I have a cute one with her belly and this monkey.
Tori has written on her face with a ball point pen almost every day for a week.?? She is also making a habit of climbing up on top of the kitchen table.?? We have the high table that is the same height as our island counter.?? SO NOT GOOD!?? I considered turning the chairs upside down and setting the seats on the table (like I do when I mop under it) but then had to decide which is worse…for her to fall off the table or for her to pull the chair off the table on top of herself??? Both sound pretty bad to me.?? Not sure what to do about this.?? Good grief can my Gidget cause trouble!

Have you considered gating the kitchen so she can’t get in there without you? Is it possible in your house?
IN LOVE WITH THEM!!! The parts collage is a great idea!! And your favorite just might be my favorite too!!! I’m so glad we stuck with it! I think the one of him looking over my shoulder is pretty stinkin’ cute even though he was awake!! Great job, Doni!! These pictures will only become more and more precious as the years go by!
Love the parts collage. I have been taking pictures of my babies and then kids like that for a long time and just want to remember the precious things about them. Well, well done!!
Have you thought about pushing all the chairs in when a meal is over and then tying a rope around the whole table/chairs so that she can’t pull the chairs out? I have never had to do it, but it might work.
tori – there has to be a duct tape solution in here somewhere… 🙂 and like april, i was thinking rope or bungies or ratchet straps.
and no brenda – she CAN’T gait the kitchen off. she has the same house style my folks had in queen creek.
i’m glad you got some awake shots – those deep pool eyes are GORGEOUS! luke is just beautiful!!!!!! these shots are delicious and you will make lots of people excited at their options when they see your portfolio. i wish i had a newborn to bring to you! i’m so thankful for the photos i DO have from you – when seth was about 4 months or so. the collage with luke snoozing at the base was really smart. good choice. i can’t give you a favorite though… i’m just so glad you included so many for us to peek at. KEEP IT UP!

My Baby Luke (who is 4) loved looking at these pictures of another Baby Luke. He is all about babies right now which is a good thing seeing how we will have one in about 3 months.
I still haven’t tried my hand at the cocoons yet but it is on my list. Too many people having babies so I still crocheting baby blankets and my latest thing, swiffer cloths, so I don’t have to buy anymore. They work GREAT!
Doni, when do you like to do pregnancy pics? I suppose I need to get that scheduled.

Tori is cracking me up. Can’t imagine what fun we’d have if we could get my little Ty and Tori together:) Can you believe he has a broken leg at 16 months old? He is a little daredevil, too..this cast has only made him speed up a few notches.LOL.
