Sometimes girls just want to have fun.? 🙂
Last week, Jamie and Michelle and I were sitting in Jamie’s room talking about wedding stuff (pretty much the only topic Miss Jamie soon to be Mrs is interested in these days hee hee).? The subject of makeup came up and Jamie and I continued our LONG lasting discussion on the color of lipstick she should wear.? She is a minimalist and well…you know me.? With her fair complextion and hair color, I always encourage a little more color and I happen to LOVE her in RED.? Not for everyday (though I wouldn’t mind it) but when she formals up and sports ruby red lips, I clap.? For real.? Sometimes I even stand up and cheer.? I love it.? That.? Much.
Just for me, she put red lipstick on while we were talking.? 🙂
I then noticed the Marilyn gallery wrap on her wall.? My little brain started spinning.? Jamie looked better in red lipstick than Marilyn.? I requested an informal quick shoot at my house just for fun.??? This made me very happy.? :)? She can be a beach bumb tomorrow.? 🙂

You can’t do Marilyn inspired pictures without the pout pucker.? It just wouldn’t be right.
And I couldn’t do a little mini shoot with Jamie and not capture her sassy smirk.? That wouldn’t be right either.
This picture was all natural light and I really like the way the light falls.
So what’s it gonna be folks?? Hair up or down for the wedding?? Date is Feb 4th 2011!? Did I mention I am a bridesmaid yet?? 🙂 🙂

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness!!!! What a beautiful girl 🙂 I can’t believe how simply gorgeous she looks – and what a precious treasure she is! How fun! I can’t even choose a favorite, I love them all. And as far as hair up or down…I think I love it up, but if she chooses down she will still be a beautiful bride!!!!!! holy flippin cow!!! i’m surprised the page even pulls up with all the drool that must be pouring into cyberspace from shane’s mouth!!! jaw-droppin’ hot stuff! GOOOD GRACIOUS JAMIE!!! YOU ARE ONE GORGEOUS WOMAN!!!!!! the red lips are TOTALLY perfect. i SOOOO hope you use it for the wedding… use the dry on kind so it doesn’t kiss off on shane… UNTIL after when you have a special picture taken just of the two of you – then do at least one picture with RED RED RED lips that will leave your imprint on his cheek… ok – then his lips too – and then one with the lip marks on his cheek lips and collar with his collar all rufflied – if there is a tie, all undone – hair disheveled – the totally love-smitten look. doni, for me??? 🙂 cool me down… this is some hot stuff chickie!
as to the wedding… i say hair up and after they are pronounced husband and wife she pulls the beautiful clip out of her hair and shakes it out all tosseled and beautiful and they dance their way out of the building. 😉
