Elise {Phoenix Newborn Photographer}

This is little Elise and I was so anxious to see her.? I was starting to get newborn withdrawals!? Precious as could be and quite a beauty.? She had to travel a little distance to come see me and (unfortunately) I didn’t warn mom and dad to bring extra clothing and her Daddy had his clothes ruined twice.? I will be updating my session info with a note about extra clothes for parents.? It’s a messy job – but somebody’s gotta do it.? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I found this galvanized bucket while antique shopping with my mom.? JUST what I wanted.

Choices choices…sometimes I just can’t decide.? ๐Ÿ™‚

THIS is the antique scale that belonged to my Great Grandfather.? I have been looking for just the right bowl for a bit and finally stumbled upon this one.? It compliments my beautiful little model so nicely.

I could have kissed her for this one. :)? I had just finished telling her parents that I wanted to patiently give her a second because her body language was indicating that she was about to give me some dreamy grins.? No sooner did I finish saying that…

Elise is half Native American Indian and her mama brought this beautiful blanket for her.? Cool huh?

  1. She is beautiful and the pictures are unbelievable!!! Doni I love the bowl for the scale and the new bucket. Although my favorite addition is the pink bow to the bear beanie ssssoooooo cute!!!!!

  2. i’m so in love… are they SURE they don’t want ME to be her mommy? GOODNESS GRACIOUS SHE’S A LITTLE DARLING BEAUTY!!!!! and i’m in love with her photographer too – you really knocked this out of the park… her dreamy grin, her serious thinking pose on (head on chin) her pretty prettiness all over the place…the colors, the native american blanket… ah… the bucket! the bowl! the scale! the wood platter! gosh you’ve got a great stash of accessories going!

  3. Ok, I think this is one of the best newbie sessions! And that says a lot since all of your newbie sessions are amazing!! And agreed… the vintage scale looks fantastic in both color and black and white. I think the rustiness of it creates great color pop, but then the vintage factor makes it naturally a great black and white. Hmmm… how will they ever decide??? ๐Ÿ™‚ Love the smile she gave you too… you know babies Doni!
