Doesn’t lil Charlie look so serene?? He was a little snuggly sweetheart.? Picture day for Charlie was on day four of life and good thing to because at 4 days, he already wasn’t a big fan of me moving him around.? Persistence pays though.? :)? Charlie was the second newborn I have photographed that was born at HOME.? All 8 plus pounds of him.? ๐
Remember his mama’s pregnancy pictures?? Amber looks great 4 days past giving birth!
Charlie’s mom really wanted this stork shot so we worked very hard to get it (very hard!).? We spent at least 30 minutes on this one shot.? I always try to warn parents that the stork shot only works with some babies some of the time and it takes dedication to get it because more often than not, babies don’t care for it.? Positioning them so you can see the face is tough too.? BUT…we got it.? ๐
Irresistible isn’t he?

Just amazing, so so sweet. It made me look at Justin (18 months) and say how you ahve grown……for a second or two I thought about another baby ๐ but that passed for now ๐

Doni…this is it!! You are an absolutely amazing newborn photographer (you’re good at all the other stuff too, but seriously – you are talented beyond words here!!)!! These are so beautiful…you have captured more than a picture here…wow!
You did it again! I spent the better part of Charlie’s naps yesterday looking for the perfect announcement to share one of the photos you took with everyone. We are so happy with the photos. Thanks so much for everything!
Love all the new shots and fun hats and such! I have been searching Etsy like crazy for newborn shoot stuff! Can’t wait for January ๐ And Charlie is just adorable!
Those pics are just adorable!!!
Doni, not just because you’re my niece and I adore you and think you are wonderful in every way (I’m allowed to brag!!) but I just have to comment on how extremely talented you are! I am amazed at how many newborn “smiles” you get. I think it is amazing. I remember as the mama of my three how I would stare at them it seems like hours at a time just waiting to see their precious first smiles and being so excited for their genuine smile in response to our love for them – and I really don’t know how you do it! Amazing. What a little doll he is. Congratulations to the proud parents, he is adorable!
