This is petite little Annabelle. ??She was only 5 days old and under 6 pounds at her first portrait shoot. ??A little on the early side, Miss Annabelle was a sleeping beauty. ??I was so excited to get to use my new wicker baby carriage too. ??I looked long and hard for just the one I wanted. ??The lady I bought it from said her family had owned it for about 70 years and she didn’t know how old it was when they got it. ?? I was grateful for all the carriages I resisted temptation on because this was just the right one.

 

I first met Annabelle’s mama when she was a young teenager. ?? In recent years, I haven’t had the blessing of seeing her. ??When I told my mom about this shoot she said “Oh! ??I hope Annabelle has red hair like her mom!” ?? I, then, told my mom that Annabelle’s mom did NOT ever have red hair. ??We debated this back and forth.

When A showed up, I was correct. ??She was blonde. ??Never a red head. ??I was then quite surprised that my mother’s prediction, had, in fact, come true. ??LOL. ?? Quite a little beautiful ginger!!! ??You just never know do you?

I love baby parts. ??Perfect little toes, fingers, and look at these long eyelashes too!
