This little chin on hands pose seems to be a parent favorite but it isn’t always very easy to pull off. ??Miss Sloane gave us a run for our money getting this shot but ultimately, we scored it. ??I am glad she held out on me too because turns out, I loved the pose on the chair. ??(I don’t like to mention this very often and insult the intelligence of my readers, but many of my shots, including this one, are composites to ensure baby’s safety.)

 

Sloane has absolutely beautiful, perfect, baby rosebud lips. ??I love full baby lips.

 

 

Sloane is the fourth kiddo for the S Family and I have had the blessing of getting to photograph her older siblings too. ??In fact, I did her brother Carson’s newborn shots very shortly before my own little Troy was born. ??Mama S is going to have her hands full!

Heidi was the first to crochet my own babies blankets and booties. ??She is fabulous at her craft. ??(Also the reason why I have invested very little time in learning – she could do in five minutes what would take me hours and the loss of handfuls of my torn out hair).

And then she woke up and decided that she was very interested in her surroundings and sleep no longer appealed to her.
