Meet Taylor!?? Isn’t she a darling??? I just love those dark eyed beauties!???? I had a great time with this sweet family this last week – I really love this job.?? ๐
Meet Taylor’s monkey George.?? He came out to play with us for a bit too.?? As you can see, he is a VIP in Miss Taylor’s life right now.???? Her little eyes peeking out over his head are so adorable.
And her beautiful smile….
Note to Taylor’s family – lots more where these came from.?? I’ll send you the link to your gallery at the beginning of the week.
I couldn’t resist processing this.?? Taylor’s mama and I were trying really hard to get Taylor to look straight at my lens and give me her best Taylor grin.?? Like Tori, Taylor leans towards a more serious contemplative nature.?? Photographing small children is always a challenge and generally gives parents much more of a work out than they anticipated.?? It was a stroke of genius when her mom started throwing a little plastic golf ball to her held right over the top of my lens.?? I saw her eager (and gorgeous) smile, I shot like mad and I CAUGHT just the little expression we were after…and mom “dropped the ball” hee hee!???? What were the chances of that happening??? Such a nice little golf ball centered squarely over the much sought after brilliant smile.?? Some days are like that hee hee.?????? Pretty funny.?? I giggle everytime I look at that picture.
As much as I love shooting my own munchkins, it is a true delight to get to spend time enjoying the beauty of other precious little ones as well.?? I grinned away at her while I was processing these pictures.?? She grabs your heart doesn’t she?
By the way…anyone have any great ideas for attracting babies attention to my lens??? I am brainstorming about this.?? Wish I had some kind of small stuffed creatures that I could bend or velcro on or something.?? If they had lights or made cute sounds that would be good too.?? Thinking thinking thinking….

Doni,
How can we thank you for such special photos? They are amazing and I can’t stop watching the slideshow. You captured Taylor so well and I can’t wait to choose some for the house and family. We will definitely come out your way again for more! It was WELL worth the trip – I just knew it would be by the photos I saw! You are quite talented!

taylor is DARLING!!! bummer, but funny, about the ball. ๐ i can see why you HAD to process that one. i’m glad you keep ‘bloopers’ sometimes. ๐ beautiful little one!
I am Taylor’s great aunt, and think the world of her. These pictures are amazing….You did an absolutely fantastic job of capturining her sweetness and playfulness. I can hardley wait to see all the pictures, and have one displayed in my home.
doni, the few times i’ve tried to get a little one’s attention, a squeeky toy of some sort worked well. also making a raspberry-type noise or just laughing at them usually gets them to look at you.
Taylor is sure a cutie–i see why you liked photographing her! i especially love her painted toenails!!!
Great photos of Taylor. I am her fake aunt NeeNee. Summer is like one of my own. When my daughter was about that age and we had some professional photos taken the photographer put this dumb looking frog on top of his head and it so amused Randi and kept her eyes at the camera. Good luck!
SO VERY WELL DONE, SO CUTE ! IT REALLY BRINGS OUT HER BEST. THANK YOU!
She’s darling and I’m sure grandpa is just as proud as David and Summer. No wonder she’s such a beauty, look at her mom and dad…. Thanks for sharing these with us!!
