Ty Funny

In the car on the way to church I realized that in the chaos of getting everyone ready I had forgotten to do Ty’s hair and it looked like major bed head.?? As I was considering making Ty jump out of the car and go back into the house, he says “Mommy this is the hair I wear everyday”.?? LOL.?? Don’t I know it!?? And no…we didn’t fix it.?? As Ty and I like to say “Let’s just live with it”.?? 🙂

Tanner Funny

We took the kids to Denny’s tonight because kids eat free on Tuesdays.?? When we got there, there was a sign in the window that said “Free Bytes all night – WiFi”.?? Jim commented on that being cool and a good marketing idea.?? Tanner adds “Yeah – that is cool.?? You could just get a bite of waffle or something to see if that is what you wanted.”?? Hee hee.?? :)?? I never explained – it was too cute.

Then later he sees the toy vending machine with all the stuffed animals in it and he says “He mom look!?? It’s Ernie the Duck”.?? Huh??? Who in the heck is Ernie the Duck.?? I look and look trying to figure out what he is talking about but I don’t see any ducks and I don’t know who a “Ernie the Duck” is anyhow.?? He continues to point and it finally clicks.?? Clearly my children do not watch Sesame Street because Tanner thought “Big Bird” was “Ernie the Duck”.?? Wow.?? I have totally failed as a homeschool mom.?? This is the sign of serious errors on my part.?? Hanging my head in shame.
