Last week Tanner and I were discussing forgiveness.?? I told him that when God forgives, He casts our sins as far as the East is from the West.?? Tanner asked, “But what if I go West?”???? LOL!?? I tried to answer but I was laughing too hard.?? (Blog title does not insinuate that I WANT him to head west to find out hee hee – just quoting a Smitty song).

Today, Aimee and I took Zandi and Zane into downtown Phoenix for a Grunge/Urban shoot.?? I am so anxious to start processing!?? I doubt I will get to it until later in the week but we got some goodies for sure.?? We had a super fun time but next time I really should bring a male counterpart if I am going to traipse all over downtown Phoenix.?? My gorgeous model didn’t exactly help either hee hee.?? :)?? We forgot our cell phones in the car but I was carrying a pretty heavy duty mag light in my stuff.?? 🙂

Met some business owners and had to communicate by pointing and universal sign language to ask permission to shoot in some places but folks were generous (and probably amused).???? This time we ventured off the main strip (which is why having Jim or David with us would have been ideal) and?? realized Phoenix has a HEALTHY amount of grunge to offer the adventurous and driven photographer.?? I get it from my Dad.?? 🙂

Note to Janelle should you happen to read this:?? Graffitti wall gets repainted every 2 months.?? We ended up picking a different spot.
