She struck a pose and I got real lucky. :)?? You can’t make a toddler do that – trust me.?? :)?? Tori seems to be past whatever ailed her.?? She ran a high fever Thursday through Saturday and it broke Sunday morning.?? I had to keep her on motrin and tylenol alternating every four hours the entire time or her fever would be pushing 104 (ear temp).?? She scares me the way she runs such high temps.?? No other symptom surfaced although I could tell she was in pain but never could figure out where exactly.?? I suspect throat because she would say “ow” when she swallowed some.?? Just thankful it didn’t progress.?? I think it was a flu strain but who knows which one.
Speaking of heat…it got up to 101 this weekend.?? GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!?? I want a REAL fall!!!!
So, as usual, I have way too many pictures of the little garden fairy processed so you’ll be sick of this costume long before Halloween.
I bought this tutu from Julie at Juju’s Tutus.?? She does a fabulous job creating them.?? This particular one was fashioned after a flower.?? The bottom layer has a leaf cut and the top layers have a petal cut.???? If you would love to see your darling in a JuJu Tutu, you can order them from her Etsy Shop HERE.?? She is getting a ton of orders this fall so you need to give her plenty of lead time if you order.?? Would make great Christmas gifts I bet.?? I LOVE the last picture, the close up of her face! All the pictures are great, of course, but that one (to me) shows just how gorgeous she is. 🙂 glad she is feeling better!!

So glad she is feeling better, poor little thing. Zandi came home from school last Thursday w/ the same thing. I kept expecting her to throw up or something, but nope just the high fever and a little sore throat like T. Zandi’ fever never got as high though and it didn’t last quite as long. No fun! I love Tori’s costume, she looks so adorable. You have a knack for putting quirky things together and making them look so cute! Oh, and twist my arm;), yes, I’d be happy to go shopping at Juju’s Tutus for Z!

i have seen some BEAUTIFUL fairies before – but never one as GORGEOUS (and trendy!) as tori! this is AWESOME! i wish i had a niece for you to shop for. 🙂
