Cozy is ONE!? Brooke had an appointment and left the kids with me for a couple of hours today so I talked my little niece into letting me get one picture of her.? :)? It was naptime so I had to make it quick.
I have had a nice quiet day.? The boys are with Grandma Cheri (Ty’s birthgrandma) seeing a movie and Tori is napping.? I am trying to talk myself out of snacking before I start dinner.? I am making Cajun Chicken with fettucinni noodles tonight.? I LOVE www.tastykitchen.com.? It is so not helping my motivation to diet though.? I really don’t need to have such an appreciation for Ree Drummond.? She is not good for me.? I made Butter Chicken from that site last week and it was really good.
Last night we took the kids and met David and Aimee and Darin and Jodi at Cabella’s.? Cooper had his first Cabella’s trip before he was two weeks old.? Shocking isn’t it?? :)? Tori was running around shopping like a little maniac.? She fell in love with a blue shirt and ran it all over the store (which is quite expansive) because she HAD to show it to Daddy.? I was trying to keep up with her but I was snuggling Cooper.? It took both Jodi and Aimee and I to head the girl off.
I got such a giggle out of Karsyn too.? Karyn found an eagle bracelet that she really NEEDED.? Her Daddy wasn’t letting her buy it (I can’t believe it either) and she was very very very very very very sad.? Darin, thinking he would outsmart her (which was anything BUT smart), and? thought he would negotiate some options.? Little did he know, she would prefer to negotiate terms.
Background:? It had already been agreed upon that Karsyn could spend the night with Zandi but Karsyn was unaware of this fact.
Darin:? Karsyn which would you prefer…I can buy you the bracelet OR you can stay the night with Zandi tonight.? (Smiling at himself for his ingenuity)
Karsyn:? Ummmmm….I want you to buy the bracelet tonight and then arrange a night later this week that I could stay the night with Zandi.
LOL.? Apple does not fall far does it? That is EXACTLY what Darin would have said.? I know.

Still laughing about Karsyn’s negotiating ability. I love that darin finally is getting a taste of what it feels like :). I don’t like that he will normally give in to her because he is so impressed with her skills :).
