I had to consider the “what kind of kid should I get” comment.???? Was this just a thrown out kid comment OR is this Ty’s perception because his younger two siblings arrived after mom and dad went out and “picked them up”????? LOL.?? Adoption is oh so normal around here.

Tori is struggling to understand the meaning of “today”, “yesterday,” and “tomorrow”.?? Here was a recent conversation pertaining to this:

Tori:?? It’s tomorrow right?

Me:?? No it is today.?? Tomorrow will be after we wake up but then it will be today again.?? (And I giggle because I know that was a little naughty of me to add to her confusion).

Tori:?? It’s today?

Me:?? Yes.

Tori:?? And today we do pictures?

Me:?? Yes.

Tori:?? That’s two days.?? (In other words, it isn’t today because today means “two day” so has two more days before pictures.

Should I be homeschooling my children??? I really have to second guess myself sometimes.?? 😉
