Tonight Mom and Dad are in Julesberg, Colorado. They head through Nebraska tomorrow. They are hoping to get to Chicago on Friday so they can meet up with my MIL who is a winter visitor there. Tanner and Ty will be jealous – both grandma’s together!!!!
They are having a WONDERFUL time. They saw a golden eagle yesterday, lots and lots of deer, and even some big horn sheep. Here are some trip pictures over the last few days. I think most of these are from UT on Monday.
Wilson’s Arch
Mexican Hat
The rest are all in Arches National Park in Moab, Utah

beautiful…a great place for pictures!
WOW! Isn’t God awesome! Those are great pictures of amazing creation.
AMAZING creation indeed!
i’m sooo thankful your parents are getting to continue their trip – what a HUGE blessing.
I love Arches National Park. I went there during one of my out West trips! That’s so great that they are having a wonderful time, despite the first day! How exciting they decided to make it a road trip! Good for them! Do they need any tour guides in Mass, or are they making it that far?
Christine – They ARE going through Mass. I don’t know if they are just driving thru or will be staying. I am sure they would love any recommendations on MUST SEE’S. Mom is really hoping she gets to see FALL COLORS! What do the trees look like right now?
I am amazed that they know how to operate a computer and a digital camera together! That is WONDERFUL. Gee my mother can barley check her email….lol Its so great that they can share their trip while they are on it.
Jere’
The tree’s are just starting to turn! They are coming at a really good time! (good thing I picked a fall wedding so you’ll finally get to see MA in the fall huh?? ) Soooo many places to go. If they have time, they should stop in Boston and walk around the Boston Commons and grab some lunch or dinner. Give them my number if they want to get together. I’d love to show them around for a day! I understand if they’re too busy, but definetly have them head up to NH,ME, or VT for some even better looking trees. They turn faster than ours!
