I haven’t posted video in a while so I thought I would post some real quick clips. You will have to listen to the ABC’s more than you ever wanted but it’s still pretty cute.
First up on this video is Noah and Tanner. They made Tanner’s lower bunk into a “tent” by hanging clothes. Then they put a big blue bucket on the bed. When Jim went in to check on them, they had fallen asleep in their tent. Check out where Noah fell asleep. Too cute. (Filmed with night vision)
Second is Ty singing. He loves to sing the chorus of “Witch Doctor”…oooh eeeeee oooohh aahhhh aahhhh ting tang walla walla bing bang :). You will also hear a short clip of Pirates, the ABC’s and one line of Jesus Loves Me (for all you Go Fish lovers – it will be clear that Ty is singing the Go Fish version – Beau will appreciate this). Ty’s short attention span will be obvious.
Third – Tanner is trying to sing but Ty won’t let him. This is a typical day in the Brinkman household. Ty is annoying his older brother on purpose. Check out Ty’s eyes so the next time I mention the mischief in his eyes you will know what I mean. Tanner eventually gets to sing it. All the speech therapists out there are going to be concerned about Tanner’s hearing because he sings his alphabet and changes some of the letters to ryhming letters (ie. “key” QV instead of TUV). I haven’t worked hard to fix this but I will. Just trying not to discourage him.
It’s about 5 minutes so all you dial up people will be out of luck.

tanner is speaking SO clearly! WOW!!!!! i can’t believe he was that tiny baby…. amazing. seth does the same little jiggy dance when he’s on video too. 🙂
the abcs were darling! looked like it was all ty could do to keep quiet for tanner! poor tanner…. no rest for the weary…loved the counting karate man. 🙂

Heidi did you mean Ty is speaking clearly? Tanner was NOT a tiny baby 🙂 ! (Well…you may have thought so at the time LOL). I love how even when I threaten Ty with time out that he can’t resist mouthing the words to the camara. He can’t cut Tanner a break – ESPECIALLY if he knows it is driving Tanner insane! I set this up because this situation occurs everytime I ask Tanner to sing his alphabet so I knew I would get good footage of that if I sat Ty next to Tanner. Ty just can’t resist. Even when he is getting in trouble, he has the hardest time wiping that twinkle off his face.
ah yes – i meant ty… got to typing too fast… those silly boys. 🙂
My 2 year old was watching the video with me and singing along with Ty…his quote was, ‘WOW that baby is goo!!!’ lol when the video stopped it was more more more, then again again again. He loves watching the videos and seeing the pictures of the baby even if Ty is bigger than him.
I couldn’t get over the part where Ty finally lets Tanner sing but he’s just squirmming and mouthing the words next to him. I HAD to rewind that part a few times. So funny and cute!
how very priceless. Poor Tanner will never catch a break w/ Ty around! I LOVE how Ty mouths the words and giggles/squeals…he seems to love to test the boundaries! Such fun…
