Next up will be camping pictures and Ryker’s pictures but I am a project behind still so not sure when I will have any to post next week.?? We shall see….
Pray for Tori because she officially has her very first illness – she has a cold and is not her happy self.?? This is mighty unfortunate because her Aunt and Grandparents flew in from Boston to see her and I am worried that she is going to be fussy!?? :(?? They will be here shortly.
Tanner, Ty and Jim sick also.?? Nice.

Oh Snap!!!! So I am sitting at dinner tonight and I said something about the baby to Jim and all of a sudden it dawned on me that I typed “Jake” instead of “Blake and I TOTALLY knew the baby’s name was Blake – I have no idea why I was calling him Jake today. So I edited the above post to reflect BLAKE and was going to go on like I never made the mistake and let you all think you are crazy but then my luck people would start calling him Jake and blame me so….I had to confess it. LOL. Oops!
Yes, its amazing how just little lies can just blow out of proportion. Something got to be done with the illnesses that you have been going through. Oh illnesses, be gone.

sidenote – my friend stephanie who is 20 weeks along with a boy is naming him blake. 🙂 not a name you hear very often – so sweet that we BOTH have friends with baby blakes right now though! across the country too!

your humor shines through. you are a nut and i love that about you… always telling on yourself. i don’t think lying is much of an issue for the woman who tells the world her doorbell/smoke alarm story and mistaken baby name stories and not-so-broken air conditioner stories… i know there are more but those came to mind first. 😉 hee hee..

TORI HAS A WHAT AND SHE IS ONLY FOUR MONTHS?????? Oh no, my protective claws just grew out again, keep her safe with lots of love. Everyone better stay clean and clear around her. Listen to me, you think I would have been through more than the common cold with a baby.(hee hee) My words have warrant don’t they?
We need to get a BIG bottle of “germs be gone” for the Brinkman’s, sick again….I am so sorry.

Doni, you’ve shot an awesome collection. It makes it even more precious having the baby be born just a little while later. It never ceases to amaze me; the miracle of birth.
How much time did you put into this? You seem to be showing collection after collection, that is not only time consuming for the shoot, but a lot of work has been done after. It seems digital photography has not saved you much time with so much work you put in afterwards to print them just so. Here’s a toast to your next job. Grace abounds photography.
I’m guessing digital photography was never about time-saving for Doni. 🙂 It’s not so much for me either (although I DO love the instant gratification of seeing pictures NOW verses waiting for them to be developed)… but it’s more about the creative expression, the process, the techniques, the possibilities! It’s fun and beautiful. 🙂 WELL DONE DONI!
