The last month I have felt a steady progression in my FMS/CFS.?? The last two days have been pretty bad.?? I am insanely tired and my body hurts.?? I can’t indulge it though – not in anyone’s best interest – so I am packing up the kids and going to mom’s for the day.?? I think we all need a change of scenery.
I am pretty sure that something I eat kicks my symptoms into high gear.?? I was doing so good for over a year but I have been WAY off the wagon with what I have been eating and it’s catching up with me.?? Somehow I have to work up the motivation to make the changes I need to in order to get this back under control.?? Grrrr.

BUMMER! that kind of motivation is HARD to find too… i feel for you sister…wish you didn’t have to deal with this one.
These pictures are the best yet. The threesome lying on the flag is the absolute best. I’m glad you went to your mom. Even daughter moms (you) need pampering once in a while
