Not sure if you can tell in web size, but I gave this one a canvassy look. Love her green eyes.?? She inherited her green from my side of the family.?? Sweetie, myself, Darin and Dusty all have similar shades.?? My eyes used to be darker when I was younger but now all but the very center is completely green.?? Darin, Karsyn, and Sweetie’s though are very green.
Her curls are natural.?? 🙂
Now it is Tanner’s turn in the limelight….
I can’t imagine any person on the planet loving Tori the way I do…but sometimes??I wonder if Tanner is a close competitor.?? It often seems that she is the air he breathes.?? More emotion flows from my very reserved little boy than ever before where Tori is concerned.?? I am reading Breaking Dawn today (Stephanie Myers 4rth book in the Twighlight story) and “imprinting” brought this to mind.????He can’t get enough of her.?? He notices everything about her.?? He comments on her little outfits every day and makes over her without missing a thing.?? He hates it when I feed her or put her to sleep because it takes her away from intereacting with him.?? He seems to always be aware of where she is at and what she is doing.?? I notice him “checking” on her all the time.?? He is picking her up a lot now and while there is a small part of me that worries, I also recognize that he takes such precaution in the way he holds her.?? When he lays her down, it’s like he is laying a baby angel down on a downy soft cloud.?? Okay…so that was a dumb analogy.?? First, there are no baby angels – angels can’t procreate according to scripture, and second, how much could it hurt a baby angels head to be slammed into a cloud??? Still though…the imagery is there so I am leaving it lol.??
He is so gentle and guards her little head so well.?? I couldn’t do it better myself.?? “Adoring” is probably the best word to describe what I see in Tanner.?? You just have no idea how this wee one has turned this whole household into mush.?? Her Daddy melts at the sight of her and even Ty has to find her and greet her each morning.???? Incredible.
Ty has recently developed the habit of calling her “My Tori” as in “Is my Tori awake yet??? Does my Tori want to eat now??? Where is my Tori?”.?? She is going to think she is the center of the universe here shortly.

i didn’t know you had so much green in your eyes! i would have said deep dark brown for sure. sheesh… i’m a sister and i didn’t know THIS? of course, then again, i’ve been away for what – like 10 years or more? sheesh.

i’m going to steal that princess phrase – don’t know where you found it but i can’t believe i didn’t find it first. it is SO me… i think i’m going to create a princess room in our next house REGARDLESS of whether or not i have tori-size princess… i think i need it for me. 🙂 did i ever show you the little pillow my mom got me a few years ago that says “kiss my tiara” – she imagined me showing it to jason during an arguement – ok, discussion. 🙂 hee hee…

Tanner is indeed a wonderful brother. I saw first ahnd this past Sunday at church. I knew my goal was to get my hands on that baby girl of yours and my mission was acomplished, but with little moments of Tanner next to me.
I decided to go inside the building because of the heat and was having fun with Kristy, Beth and Tori, soon enough big brother Tanner was standing right next to me, smiling and talking to his baby sister. Tanner is not much of a talker, but with his sister in my arms and her feet in his hands, he and I were able to have a little bit of conversation.
So awesome. Sitting with Tori on my lap and falling into her smile, Ty sat down next to me and of course wanted nothing but my phone (I am guilty for that one), as soon as I gave him the answer “no”, he got up and walked away from me, Tanner took his place on the couch next to me and I promise you that boy did not leave myside until I got up to go back outside.
Tanner is bonded with no doubt and full of love.

By the way I still tend to get those socks of Tori’s away from you. It’s been awhile sence I have seen something so cute and so small. Thanks for sharing your bundle of joy, she is all that you have said and more.
