Assuming her perfect crawl positon.

Cracks me up how she stands on her back legs and lifts her knees up all the time.??

Push ups anyone??? This morning as she was on the floor beside me while I was doing my Yoga, the thought occurred that she is actually working on “Child’s Pose” alongside me (that is a yoga term).?? :)?? You have to admit, she looks downright pleased with herself.?? Doesn’t it look like I glued those eyelashes on?

This morning she covered the distance of the entire front room and was trying to open up my bookshelf cabinets.?? She crawls rather slow because she goes a few feet and then just stops to ponder before moving on – that is my only saving grace at the moment.?? I have also pulled her out of my homeschool stuff this morning and stopped her from trying to pull the blinds off the sliding glass door.

I am learning that with this little munchkin, as soon as I say she “can’t” – she CAN.?? About three weeks ago, Jodi and I were in the mall shopping.?? We stopped for an orange julius and Tori managed to get my straw in her mouth.??

J:?? Do you think she is going to be able to drink that?

D: Oh no.?? It’s too thick for her to suck up the straw.?? I doubt if she could suck up water.?? The boys took a really long time to learn how to drink from straws.

J:?? (Jodi smiling as I am talking)

D: (I look down to see what Jodi is grinning at it).

Tuesday night I put her in her playpen for a bit and Jim hurriedly calls me over to look at her.?? We had not lowered her playpen bed because I didn’t think she was capable of pulling herself up yet.?? Needless to say, we lowered the mattress immediately.?? You’ll see this in the following three minute video along with her cute brothers and her crawling.
