Yesterday Jim and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary.?? The kids were all seeming better so we took everyone to dinner.?? This morning Tori woke up with the flu.?? It just never ends.?? Ty has had tiny little hives appear today a few times but he seems mostly recovered.?? Everybody is on the cranky side though.?? I got a few cute pics of Tanner and Ty today but the threesome thing was just not going to work.??
Hopefully Tori won’t end up getting hives too!?? I would imagine that would not be good for??a baby. :(?? She is sleeping right now and frankly I wish I was.???? She wasn’t all smiles this week but sometimes I enjoy her serious side just as much.??
One cute Tori story first…
Tori does this adorable little “duck and cover” routine when someone other than mom approaches her.?? She will bury her face in my chest and then peek at them with a coy little grin.?? It is just so cute and girly the way she does it.?? Well lately, I have been teasing her about it so she will do it on demand now.?? She’ll be crawling around and see me and then dip her head down touching her ear to her shoulder and then peek up with a little grin.?? I’ll copy it and do it back.?? She will then copy me and we’ll go back and forth.?? It’s so cute.?? As crazy as this sounds…I totally believe she has been saying?? “mama” for at least a month.?? She has been saying the sound for??a really long time but I just thought it was her first sound and didn’t think anything of it.?? This month though I have really noticed that she uses it intentionally.?? When she is looking for me, or fussy or wants something she starts in on the “ma ma ma ma ma” thing.?? Those who have heard it agree.?? She knows “mama”.?? :)?? And yes…she is much too young for a first word but she was also too young to crawl, too young to stand…oh and she climbs as well.?? Jim was laying on the floor and she crawled onto his chest and over the other size because he was blocking her path.?? She clearly believes that where there is a will there is a way.?? Jim and I both think her determination may parrallel Daddy’s – and trust me – that IS saying something.
This picture cracks me up. What do you suppose that leaf did to her to earn such a snarl?
I am all about feet and lashes.?? 🙂

I am so sorry everyone is getting sick. I hope it doesnt last too much longer. Its been going around. My youngest (Dillan) said everyone in class is sick, I said to him do not bring it home 🙁 I cant take anything so if I am sick you are all going to take care of me….and I will soak it all up 🙂 I never get pampered when I am sick so now that I am pregnant watch out 🙂
