On Saturday I decided to give it another go with fall pics of all three kids.?? Tori is still sick today (writing this Sat though will post Monday).?? Last night she was projectile vomitting so bad.?? She drenched me and our couch with all of lunch and dinner.?? I just hate it when kids have the flu!?? It scares them so bad.?? Doesn’t help my nerves either when they are vomiting through their nose and mouth.?? Awful.?? Jim has started judging her progress each day by how many outfits she has ruined.?? Today we were down to three which is a far cry better than the last two days.?? I finally gave up and started dressing her in her “extra” 0 to 3 month onsies so that I could just throw them out with the diaper instead of having to keep washing them.?? My mom thinks I am a genius for that.?? 🙂

Some of you then are I am sure wondering why I put her through pictures when she is sick.???? Because she hasn’t had a fever, she has periods through the day where she is relatively happy and wants to be down playing.???? After her late afternoon nap I figured I had half a chance.?? Keep in mind, I did just get my new flash and new lens in the last couple of weeks and have been very anxious to find any openings to practice and play.?? The only problem is, the light through the window is better late day and Tori is happier in the morning.?? By mid-late afternoon, she tends to be more serious and it takes more work to get her to smile.?? Especially if I am behind a camera instead of holding her.

Did I mention her second bottom tooth cut through as well??? I’ll have to get a picture.

I love Tanner’s little expressions when he looks at his sissy.?? Jim was looking at these pictures tonight and he says “Tanner and Ty are both such good looking guys!”?? I will never get tired of looking at them – that’s for sure.

One “smart” Ty story.?? Last month Ty was playing on the laptop and Tanner starts having a fit.?? I inquire as to what the issue is.?? Tanner is angry because Ty is playing on his workspace.?? How is that possible??? Tanner’s is password protected.??

Me:?? Ty how did you get into??Tanner’s workspace?

Ty:?? It’s easy!?? You just type T A N N E R!

Later….

Me:?? Uh Jim.?? Next time you think of a password for Tanner, it’s probably not a good idea to use his name especially not when the workspace is labeled with his name.

Jim:?? Why is that??? I thought that would be easiest for Tanner.

Me:?? Ty broke your code.?? 🙂

About a week later….

Scene:?? Me and the kids at Papa and Sweetie’s. Dad’s laptop is in the office and Dad, Ty, and I are in there.?? Laptop screen is set to the workspace login screens.?? Ty eyeing the laptop.

Ty:?? Papa??? Is your name Papa?

Papa:?? Yah.?? (Quizzical expression because that seems to be a dumb question)

Me:?? (Laughing) He isn’t asking what your name is.?? He is trying to figure out your password.

Tanner just came in here to tell me that he just got “72 kills” on Call of Duty.?? Apparently that is a big deal.?? Jim tells me that 9 out of 10 times Tanner can beat Jim now.?? Crazy!??

Note to Heidi – Should you ever be back online – and I am losing hope at this point ;), I think it would be fun if you got XBox live for Jason and Seth so that our boys could all play together.??

Update Monday morning 12:08 AM – Tori is still sick but I only had to change her twice on Sunday so she is slowly but surely getting better than she was.?? So far Tanner has not gotten it but I wonder if he has some immunity built up as he had this same strain (probably – based on the hive reaction) about 2 months ago).
