You Move Me

One of my great hopes about our vacation trip was that I would get great silhouette pictures of Tori and Daddy on the beach.?? I was greatly disappointed the day I set out to do this because it was a very overcast day and I could tell that I wasn’t going to get the range of colors I wanted.?? Besides that, it was getting really cold and I couldn’t wait until the sun was actually on the horizen because baby needed to be bundled up.?? Sometimes though, I am sweetly surprised when I sit down to work with what I captured.?? Turns out – I was very moved by these pictures.?? I love the warmth and the way the shadows rippled across the water but mostly I love what was captured between a daddy and his one and only baby girl.?? The other woman I share my man with willingly.?? :)?? I am not sure what it is about the picture above that grabs me the most – but that one is my favorite.?? She looks so tiny to me and you can see that both Dad and daughter are staring intently at one another.?? Ooooohhhh…now I see it.?? I know what is grabbing me.?? Something about this picture is reminiscent of the first moment that they were “gifted” to one another.?? Doesn’t it just look like all of heaven smiles down at this union of two hearts??? Those first moments of awe and silence and study.?? Baby looks a little hesitant but interested and Daddy is taking every bit of her in.?? Top of her head to bottom of her toes.?? So in love.?? So evident.?? Let’s continue with this story and see how the moment progresses….

Raising her to Father in praise and adoration for this precious child….

A welcomed kiss…

And baby laughs.??

“When love takes you in and everything changes.?? A miracle starts with the beat of a heart – when love takes you home and says you belong here.?? The loneliness ends and a new life begins – when love takes you in.??”?? SCC

Two little boys – one baby girl – no doubt??their love took US in.?? We were lonely for them.?? We didn’t know how much until Father brought them home to us.?? I’ll never forget these precious days.?? These are the ones who move me.?? Who hold my heart for all time.
