On Tuesday night, after I bought my camera, I took some practice shots in my make-do studio.?? I always regret practice shots because I end up capturing cute stuff that I didn’t think through due to “just testing”.?? In the example above, my composition was just wonderful 😉 – Jim will appreciate me cutting him off at the nose.?? However, as my friend Liza pointed out, the big hand on the tiny body is just too precious.?? I am in love with my new camera.?? I took some more yesterday and plan a session with Ty on Saturday (his birthday is coming up you know), but I have SO much to do that I am not getting to pping time.??

There’s my happy girl.?? A couple of days ago, Jim and Tanner were insisting that Tori was trying to run.?? I laughed.?? How could a baby who doesn’t have a smooth grip on walking be attempting to run??? I saw it with my own eyes yesterday.?? It’s hard to explain to you what she was doing but there was no question she was trying to run.?? She just started moving really fast with this really long gait.?? She only got a couple of those monster steps in before she fell.?? She was trying to get to Tanner who was playing with her.??

Every morning during school, Tanner asks for “10 minute Tori breaks”. He insists that SHE needs a little play time so he needs to accomodate.?? :)?? Works for everybody I guess.?? I have to admit, she is irresistable.

Guess whose Christmas decorations are still up??? Brooke reminded me yesterday that last year she and Daniel helped me take them down the night before we picked up Tori – in FEB!?? :)?? Some things don’t hit my priority list.?? Maybe today I’ll get that chore done (but trust me, I can think of 56 other things I want and would rather do).
