Be Still My Heart

I was experimenting with some natural light pictures by our front window and this is the one that spoke “Be still my heart”??to me.?? Two of three little lights of my life.?? Ty hasn’t been in the “Tori” pictures lately but I will get some of those two soon as well.?? I am finding it easier with a twosome than threesome LOL.?? Ty is my wild card.

Liza took some pictures of her baby in a hotel room while on vacation and I was so impressed with how she can just make anything work.?? I wanted to try a couch picture but I didn’t quite get what I was after.?? I do like this one though.?? Practice practice practice.?? :)?? More to share later…

This is Blake:).?? He is 6 months old and I was so proud of him today.?? I am having a hard time narrowing down my proofs for his mommy because he was so cute and gave me lots of fun stuff to work with.?? I have got some precious smiles but his serious side may have been my favorite.?? More to come with Blake but it will likely take me a couple weeks before I get to his proofs.?? Saturday is Ty’s birthday and I am trying an urban shoot with him.?? I haven’t done that before so we’ll see how it goes.?? I am also working on getting a friend’s old vehicles to use with my boys.?? :)??

Unfortunately my Jan list is getting so long!?? I called mom today nearly in tears and gave her my low down.?? Like any good mother, she was full of affirmation and sympathy.?? I pray that Tori and I will have the same kind of relationship that I have with my mom.??

  1. Loving the pictures!! Can Tanner’s eye’s speak any louder with love?? Tori’s hair is really starting to take off.
Blake….. wow, already six months where does the time go?? He is a such a doll baby!

  2. The first picture is oh-so sweet! And Blake, WOW!! He’s such a handsome little guy!

  3. Doni, I love the picture of Tanner and Tori, how precious is that?! When I saw the picture of Tori by herself on the couch I couldn’t get over how much she looks like you did when you were her age! I love how the Lord designs our little ones with us in mind. He certainly used you and your mom’s pattern when He knit her!!!! And P.S. I’m sure you and Tori will have the same “bond” as you and your mom – what a treasure!

  4. teach tori to love her auntie heidi jo well too… i might need to be the 2nd mommy to her. 🙂

  5. love it, love it, love it! It’s almost like you can grab them out of the picture and just squeeze them! No way has FIVE years gone by. That means my baby boy is coming up on five too, not ready for that yet. Can’t believe I’ve been reading for that long. So glad to have gotten to know ya’ Brooklyn has that same skirt I just love that place. She also has tiny baby feet still a 4 at 18 months and our best luck has been Stride Rite. I also have pretty good luck at the outlet we have one at the mall here.
Great job on the pics they just keep getting better and better and they were good to begin with!
