??We had a lovely Easter yesterday.?? Tori was pretty darling with her Easter basket.?? She couldn’t quite figure out what the egg hunt was all about.?? I think she thought I was asking her to ‘clean up’ so she just picked up whatever she noticed on the ground with no particular priority on the eggs.?? She wore her petti to church but I didn’t dare risk it at the ranch.?? Tanner was LOST without Noah though.?? Daniel and Brooke and the kids and Darin and Jodi and kids ALL missed Easter due to sickness so that was a bummer.
??She had this same dainty little pose in her Christmas petti pictures.?? She is getting quite girly.?? She has been spinning circles a lot lately – with or without a dress.?? The street leading to the ranch has a lot of little hills (which have been known to make some kids sick).?? Tori squeeled the whole way.?? I think she is going to like roller coasters like her mama.?? Ty got pretty white and was suspiciously quiet.?? Made me a little nervous.
??This was a second runner up for favorite.
I needed to have given Ty a hair cut before Easter pictures but didn’t get it done.?? Now I will always remember that I didn’t get it done.?? Nice.?? He has been making me giggle this week because he keeps telling me there is “a sock in his hole”.?? For reasons I can’t explain, both boys are putting holes in the heels of all their socks.?? What are they doing??? I never get holes in my socks!?? I am going to have to dump them all and start over.

i always get a hole in the toes of my socks – the big toe… my toenails are too curved and always wears them out there. 🙂 i don’t know HOW the heel would get a hole… unless they like to slide on them. hmmm…
i have SO many pictures of seth that remind me i did NOT cut his hair as i should have. pitiful really. i’m going to ATTEMPT to get his 6 year pictures at the park today… wish me luck! 🙂 (oh – and he too needs a haircut – i’m hoping spiking it up messy will cover for that fact)
The sock holes we get are from sliding on our laminate wood floor. Duncan needs new pairs of socks at least every other month. I watch us all slide around on the floor, so it is no wonder. Laminate is the worst for that!
Doni, that picture of Tanner “loving” on Tori is classic Tanner. He just can’t keep his hands off that little sister of his. This is another treasure and sweet memory of how much of a doting big brother he is. I also love, love the picture of Ty by himself. That is such a natural, precious rendering of him. Oh my – I love the matching shirts and how little Miss Tori blends right in with those colors! Great job niece, great job!
