Polka Dot Dress

A few months ago I posted pictures of Tori in a yellow dress with green frogs.???? Sweetie had made it for me as a baby.?? My MIL took the dress and copied the pattern and made three more for Tori.?? I requested all polka dots.?? :)?? Posting the front and back so MIL in Chicago can see it on her.

As you can tell in these pics, she was rather ho hum about this whole shoot.?? :)?? Sometimes she just wants me to get it over with.?? She is starting to figure it out though because she will often walk over to where I direct her.?? Stand there a second.?? Then run to my camera to see her picture on the back.?? She says “baby” realy good.

She is really starting to play a lot with the boys.?? She loves for Tanner to run and chase her and she screams like a girl:).?? She is the happiest morning baby.??

  1. that dress is RIDICULOUSLY CUTE! WAY TO GO SARAH!!!!!!!! AND WAY TO GO SWEETIE ON THAT FIRST ONE! Good thing to start here! SO cute. hmmm… has me thinking – wonder if you could use the same idea for a grown up blouse? only maybe backwards for the top? hmmm….

i love the last picture of tori – i think it’s my favorite in this line up. that little kissy pouty lip is scrumpteous. can i kiss it when i get there? if she’ll let me? 🙂

  2. I love it. I had sent my mom the link to the post when you did the frog print one because she used to make these for me as well. The other day she called to tell me she was going through her old patterns and found the one for these dresses. She thought maybe there was a reason she still had the pattern. We will find out soon.

  3. Sarah – what an absolutely adorable dress (and you couldn’t find a cuter model!!!!) I love the hat Doni. She looks so precious, our little serious one. Ahhhh, but when she smiles she lights your world! I am so very thankful and realize that our relationships are grounded and centered on the Lord. What a blessing in the midst of chaos – we are secure in the One Who loves us beyond our imaginations.

Tough day for me, but when I look at those whose love means more to me than all else, I can be at peace and rest.
