Posting late today.?? Got busy watching movies with my honey last night.?? Watched “Taken” (which gave me terrible nightmares and I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I was hyperventilating for a full hour.?? As I laid there awake, I kept imagining all the different ways I could “end” my terrible dream and of course I was the female Jack Bauer in all of them and got more violent towards my enemies as the fear raged on – was so glad for sunrise) and a three hour Lord of the Rings Stretch.???? I hope to have a quiet day so that I can get things caught up but I would also like for my niece to be born.?? That would work for me too.?? 🙂

I LOVE the picture of Tanner with his hands on his hips-such a sweet smile from such a sweet boy!! And Tori’s outfit is absolutely adorable!! I keep hoping to hear news that Brooke is in labor…Cozy is too cozy in there!!
Mike and I watched Taken recently, too. I had trouble sleeping the night we watched it as well. Things like that are really going on in this world and that is so disturbing to me. Taken and Changeling with Angelina Jolie both disturbed me and made me feel panicky! I had to rebuke thoughts of fear that were creeping in after watching those!

i didn’t get nightmares from taken but sure did wish i’d never watched the changeling! (actually, wish they’d just left the graphic stuff out of it! too many scenes to forward!!! this is why i am careful what i watch – i too take stories on so deeply that i too well imagine the ‘what if’s’ and it puts fear in my heart. even the shack had that effect for me. i’ve not gone back to read it a second time because of it. i’ve just focused on the good parts i recall from it.
boy we really are sisters of the heart (Heidi, you and I) I don’t watch scary movies for that very reason they effect me a lot. Even non scary movies will mess with my mind for a while (The changeling, Grand Torrino, Seven Pounds are recent examples). The shack got me too, I read the first part right before going on vacation for a week at my inlaws place in main on a lake. I was terrified at night the entire week.
I like both the black and white and the color pictures of Tanner. I love that the rust matches his hair. Tori’s outfit is SO cute!
